KTM Innovation
In 2018, Alex and Walter, two passionate experts in digital technologies, decided to embark on a bold journey. They shared a vision: to help companies harness the opportunities of the digital world and sustainably strengthen their competitiveness.

With an interdisciplinary service portfolio, we supported companies from the initial idea through to the successful implementation of digital solutions. Our focus areas included tech & trend scouting, business modeling, AI & data science, smart commerce, and DevOps – with the goal of developing innovative, scalable, and future-proof solutions with sustainable value.
PIERER Innovation
With the founding of PIERER Innovation, a reliable digitalization partner was established within today’s Bajaj Mobility AG (formerly PIERER Mobility AG). Around 70 dedicated specialists contributed their expertise and individual strengths to actively drive digital transformation within the group and develop innovative solutions.
Structural adjustment
As part of our strategic development, we have refined our corporate focus. Going forward, we will fully concentrate on the external customer market and align our capabilities specifically with the needs of external clients.
With this repositioning, we strengthen our entrepreneurial independence and create the foundation to offer our services in a more flexible, customer-centric, and cross-industry way. This enables us to apply our expertise more effectively and support companies as a reliable partner in their digital transformation.

With the renaming, we emphasize our clear positioning as an independent partner for digital innovation and artificial intelligence. Today, around 26 dedicated specialists contribute their experience and expertise to our products. As an independent technology partner, we support our clients from the initial idea through development to successful implementation. Our ambition is to create innovations that deliver economic value, increase efficiency, and strengthen companies in the long-term digital transformation.
